PULLUP Entertainment Announces Employee-Reserved Capital Increase
Paris, 20 June 2024 – PULLUP Entertainment (FR0012419307 - ALPUL) initiates a capital increase specifically for its employees and those of its French subsidiaries. This step aims to deepen employee engagement in the company’s growth and financial success.
The General Meeting on 12 September 2023 authorized the Board of Directors to issue up to 85,389 new shares, at a discounted price of €9.53 per share. The subscription, open from 21 June to 9 July 2024, is capped at €5,000 per individual investment.
New shares will be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris on 12 August 2024. Employees must hold these shares for five years, with certain exceptions. For more details, employees are encouraged to refer to the company’s intranet or contact their HR manager.
