Publicis Groupe Releases Half-Year Liquidity Contract Statement

Publicis Groupe has published its half-year liquidity contract statement as of June 30, 2024. The resources on the liquidity account included 40,704 shares and €14,498,569. During the first half of 2024, Publicis Groupe executed 491,581 shares on the buy side for €46,788,018 through 3,493 transactions, and 460,323 shares on the sell side for €43,798,926 through 3,840 transactions.

In comparison, the year's previous liquidity account statement on December 31, 2023, showed 14,614 shares and €16,521,671. Over the second half of 2023, Publicis Groupe recorded 1,144,588 shares bought for €83,510,981 and 1,197,225 shares sold for €87,666,235.

Since the activity began on September 12, 2022, with 95,500 shares and €10,076,020, the liquidity contract has operated under the AMF Decision N°2021-01 of June 22, 2021, which renewed the accepted practice for liquidity contracts for shares.
