Publicis Groupe: Share Buyback from May 19 to 23, 2025
Between May 19 and 23, 2025, Publicis Groupe carried out a share buyback under the program approved by the General Meeting. This program allows the group to repurchase its own shares, which may have an impact on market valuation and shareholder compensation.
During this period, a total of 34,625 shares were repurchased on the XPAR market, at a weighted average price of EUR 94.7142, for a total gross amount of EUR 3,279,477.72. The most significant transactions took place on May 23, with 31,593 shares repurchased.
