BlackRock exceeds the 5% threshold at Publicis Groupe
On April 22, 2025, Publicis Groupe SA announced that BlackRock, Inc., a New York-based asset management company, had exceeded the 5% voting rights threshold. As of April 18, 2025, BlackRock held 13,970,342 shares, representing 5.49% of the share capital and 5.02% of the voting rights of Publicis Groupe.
This threshold crossing is the result of an increase in the number of shares held as collateral. BlackRock manages shares for various clients and funds, holding voting rights at its discretion, unless clients opt to retain this control. In addition, some shares are held as CFDs and ADRs.
