Public takeover bid by Talan Holding SAS for Micropole SA
On September 9, 2024, Micropole SA and Talan Holding SAS announced the availability to the public of the response note concerning the public tender offer (OPA) initiated by Talan Holding SAS. This note was approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under visa n°24-393.
The document containing the legal, financial and accounting information of Micropole SA will be available before the opening of the offer. The public will be informed of the terms of availability via a press release.
The response note can be consulted on the AMF and Micropole SA websites. It is also available free of charge at the head office of Micropole SA, located in Levallois-Perret.
Notices of opening and timetable will be published by the AMF and Euronext.
