Public Purchase Offer: Micropole targeted by Talan Holding SAS
On September 10, 2024, Talan Holding SAS launched a public purchase offer (OPA) on the shares of Micropole SA. This press release does not constitute an acquisition offer and is intended for public information.
The Financial Markets Authority (AMF) has affixed visa No. 24-393 to the response note prepared by Micropole, in accordance with legal provisions. Micropole's legal, financial and accounting information has been filed with the AMF and is available on their respective websites.
Before the opening of the takeover bid, the AMF and Euronext will publish an opening notice and a timetable detailing the terms of the offer.
The offer is not intended for persons who may be subject to legal restrictions in certain countries.
