This certification, known as Certified Ethical Recruiter (CER), highlights PRS Global's commitment to ethical recruitment standards.

The certification process, recognized for its rigor, ensures that international health professionals are recruited fairly and transparently for U.S. employment. PRS Global's president, Kara Murphy, expressed pride in the recognition, reaffirming the company's dedication to ethical practices in recruiting international healthcare personnel.

Founded in 2018, PRS Global initially aimed to develop a high-quality direct hire program for its own facilities. This led to the establishment of a comprehensive staffing solution that assists healthcare facilities in hiring qualified, experienced international nurses efficiently, ensuring they are well-prepared from their first day of employment.

A recent survey by CGFNS International indicated higher satisfaction levels among foreign-educated health professionals working in the U.S. when recruited through certified agencies like PRS Global. The company must undergo recertification every two years to maintain its CER status.
