Provision of preparatory documents for the General Meeting of the LDLC Group

The LDLC Group has announced that the preparatory documents for the General Meeting of September 27, 2024 are available. The notice of meeting and the draft resolutions were published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on August 19, 2024, followed by the notice of meeting on September 9, 2024.

The documents can be consulted with Mr. Olivier Villemonte de la Clergerie at the company's head office or on request. They are also available on the LDLC Group website.
