Provision of documents for the Tipiak Annual General Meeting

Shareholders of the TIPIAK company are invited to participate in the annual ordinary general meeting on June 27, 2024 at 11 a.m., at the Center des Salorges in Nantes.

The prior notice of the meeting, including the agenda and the draft resolutions, was published in BALO n°59 of May 15, 2024. This notice was modified by the Board of Directors on June 4, 2024. A correction will be published on June 12, 2024 in a Journal d'Annonces Légales and in BALO, bulletin n°71.

The preparatory documents will be available on the Company's website, https://groupe.tipiak.fr, Finance section, from June 6, 2024.

Shareholders may, electronically or by post, request the sending of the documents mentioned in articles R. 225-81 and R. 225-83 of the Commercial Code. They can also consult these documents at the Tipiak head office.
