Prospect Ridge Welcomes Patrick Donnelly to Board of Directors

Prospect Ridge Resources Corp, based in Vancouver, has appointed Patrick Donnelly to its Board of Directors starting August 1, 2025. Donnelly brings over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and corporate development. His career highlights include leadership roles at Alaska Silver Corp., Tudor Gold Corp., and Serra Metals Corp. He also co-founded First Mining Gold, significantly increasing its market capitalization through multiple M&A transactions.

The appointment follows the resignation of Michael Michaud, who will focus on his role as President and CEO of Red Pine Exploration Inc. Michaud will continue to advise Prospect Ridge, ensuring strategic continuity. Len Brownlie, CEO of Prospect Ridge, expressed confidence in Donnelly's potential contributions, particularly in regions like northwestern B.C. and Alaska.
