ProSiebenSat.1 Reports Preliminary 2025 Financial Figures

ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE has released its preliminary financial figures for 2025. The group's adjusted EBITDA is expected to be around EUR 405 million, slightly below the targeted range ending at EUR 420 million. This outcome is largely due to a challenging market environment in Germany, characterized by decreased investments in TV advertising. According to Nielsen Media data, TV advertising investments dropped by 4% to EUR 16.57 billion in 2025.

Group revenues reached approximately EUR 3.68 billion, within the expected range. When adjusted for currency effects and portfolio changes, the revenue is about 2% lower than the previous year. Despite slightly lower earnings, ProSiebenSat.1 managed to reduce net financial debt to EUR 1.34 billion, maintaining a leverage ratio of 3.3x.
