Progress of the judicial recovery of the Hôtels de Paris

On March 27, 2025, Hôtels de Paris updated the market on its receivership. Under the supervision of an Administrator and a Court-appointed Trustee, the observation period will end at the end of April 2025. On March 25, 2025, the Paris Economic Activities Court ruled that the conditions were met to examine a recovery plan via sale. A hearing is scheduled for April 28, 2025, to analyze all possible options.

The Judicial Administrator has issued a call for tenders requesting divisible proposals for each hotel. The offers received value the assets at €332.5 million, significantly exceeding the reported debt of €130 million. A draft plan has been developed to pay creditors within six months of its adoption. The search for buyers and/or refinancing will continue to ensure the prompt settlement of debts.
