Provision of the 2024 Universal Registration Document by Prodways
On April 14, 2025, Prodways Group announced that its 2024 Universal Registration Document is now available. Filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on April 11, 2025, it bears the number D.25-0248. This document can be viewed and downloaded from the Prodways Group website, and will soon be available in English.
This document contains several key reports, including the annual financial report, the consolidated financial statements, and the management report including the sustainability report. It also includes draft resolutions for the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 25, 2025.
