Prodways Group: New Strategic Direction

Prodways Group unveils its new strategic priorities. The Board of Directors, led by its new Chairwoman, is considering selling certain assets from its Systems division, which includes 3D Software, Printers, and 3D Materials. These businesses, which generate few internal synergies, could be better developed outside the group.

Faced with a complex 3D printing market, Prodways maintains financial strength and has recorded an improvement in profitability since the end of 2024. Potential disposals, subject to shareholder approval, could allow for the distribution of exceptional dividends.

The Gorgé family, the main shareholder, supports this project. However, it did not participate in the vote within the Board. Prodways continues to focus on its Products division to increase its profitability.
