Prodware: Unanimous Adoption of Resolutions at the 2025 General Meeting

On June 24, 2025, Prodware held its combined general meeting, where all resolutions submitted were unanimously adopted. The quorum reached was 93.96%, and the votes cast represented 94.14% of the share capital. The meeting notably approved the statutory and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ending December 2024, as well as the reappointment of several directors and a statutory auditor. Delegations of authority for the capital increase, some with the waiver of preferential subscription rights, were also approved almost unanimously.

The next financial meeting will be the publication of first-half revenue on July 24, 2025.
