ProCredit Announces Leadership Transition

ProCredit Holding AG has appointed Eriola Bibolli as the future Chairperson of the Management Board, succeeding Hubert Spechtenhauser. Bibolli will assume her role on March 1, 2026, following the completion of Spechtenhauser's contract in February of the same year.

Throughout her career at ProCredit, Bibolli has held multiple leadership positions, including CEO of ProCredit Bank Kosovo. Since June 2023, she has been a member of ProCredit Holding's Management Board. Her appointment follows a thorough selection process by the Supervisory Board's Nomination Committee.

Spechtenhauser, who joined ProCredit in 2022, will transition to a supervisory role within the group. The move ensures continuity and reinforces the company's strategic focus on digitalisation, innovation, and strengthening relationships with micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.
