ProCredit Holding AG Approves EUR 0.64 Dividend Per Share After Record Year

Frankfurt am Main, 06 June 2024 - ProCredit Holding AG recently held its Annual General Meeting in Frankfurt am Main, where the company approved a dividend payout of EUR 0.64 per share. This decision comes after the group reported its most successful financial year to date.

In the fiscal year 2023, ProCredit group achieved a record result of EUR 113.4 million, translating to a return on equity of 12.2%. Management highlighted the group’s strengthened financial position and liquidity. For 2024, a return on equity of 10-12% is anticipated, with plans to drive this figure to 13-14% in the medium term.

A total of EUR 37.7 million will be distributed to shareholders, aligning with the company's policy of paying out one-third of consolidated results. The meeting also ratified actions of various board members and approved adjustments to the Supervisory Board's remuneration system.

Additionally, Ms Karin Katerbau and Ms Berna Ülman were elected to the Supervisory Board until 2028. BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft was reappointed as the statutory auditor for 2024.
