Prismaflex: Declaration of voting rights as of August 31, 2025

Prismaflex, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF regulations, has communicated its voting rights statement as of August 31, 2025. The company holds 1,360,490 shares in capital, representing a total of 2,067,994 theoretical voting rights.

The shares without voting rights include 7,286 in bearer treasury shares, none in registered treasury shares and none other - equivalent to 2,060,708 exercisable voting rights.
