PPX Mining Completes Debt Settlement Transaction
TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / June 6, 2024 - PPX Mining Corp. ("PPX") announced the completion of its debt settlement with an arm's length creditor. The transaction involved issuing 400,000 units of the company at a price of Cdn$0.05 per unit to settle legal fees amounting to $20,000.
Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.07 per share until May 28, 2026. The transaction received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, with securities subject to a hold period expiring on September 29, 2024, in line with applicable laws and Exchange policies.
