AmeriTrust Reports Outcome of 2025 Annual General Meeting

AmeriTrust Financial Technologies Inc., a fintech company based in Toronto, has announced the results of its Annual General and Special Meeting held on August 20, 2025. Shareholders approved all items proposed by the Board of Directors.

The meeting resulted in setting the number of directors at five, with Jeff A. Morgan, J. Bryan Hunt Jr., Shibu Abraham, Steven Lee, and Kris Gaerlan being elected. HDCPA Professional Corporation was appointed as the company's auditor.

Shareholders also approved the 2025 Incentive Stock Option Plan, allowing for the issuance of up to 134,277,758 common shares, and the 2025 Restricted Share Unit Plan, which includes a maximum of 60,000,000 shares within the previous plan's total.
