POUJOULAT SA: Convocation to the Combined General Meeting
The company POUJOULAT SA, whose head office is located in Granzay Gript, convenes its shareholders to a Combined General Meeting on September 11, 2024. This meeting will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the Atrium of the Parc d'Activités Economiques Les Pierrailleuses.
Ordinarily, the agenda includes, among other things, the approval of the accounts, the allocation of results and the renewal of director mandates. Shareholders will also examine a management report and specific agreements.
On an extraordinary basis, delegations of authority will be discussed, notably concerning the issuance of ordinary shares. Other points on the capital increase and legal formalities will also be discussed.
