Call for Shareholders to the General Meeting of POUJOULAT SA

POUJOULAT SA, headquartered in Granzay-Gript, invites its shareholders to participate in the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 12, 2025. The agenda will include discussions on the approval of the accounts for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, as well as the allocation of the profit. The profit of €2,561,016 will be allocated in part to dividends, amounting to €0.12 per share.

The company will discuss the authorization to repurchase shares, setting a ceiling of 5% of the capital. The Board of Directors also proposed a total annual compensation of 46,460 euros for its members.
