Acquisition of Progalva Energies by the Poujoulat Group

Poujoulat SA announced the acquisition of 100% of Progalva Energies, a key player in HVAC maintenance solutions. This strategic transaction strengthens Poujoulat's position in the European chimney flue market while diversifying its activities in the maintenance sector.

Founded 60 years ago, Progalva Energies is renowned for its heating and ventilation equipment. The company generated revenues of €8 million in 2024/2025. This integration will enable the Poujoulat Group to expand its offering and grow in the European market.

Progalva Energies managers Valérie Fittan and Didier Foissy will oversee this transition. Frédéric Coirier, CEO of Poujoulat, emphasizes the importance of this acquisition in strengthening the maintenance sector, which is essential for the performance of climate control systems.
