Postponement of the publication of DNXcorp's 2023 annual financial report

DNXcorp SE, based in Luxembourg, announced a postponement of the publication of its annual financial report for the year 2023. Initially scheduled for April 30, 2024, the disclosure was postponed to May 17, 2024. This delay is due to the awaiting signed reports from its auditor on the 2023 corporate and consolidated annual accounts.

The group has specified that it will inform the market of the availability of its financial report through a new press release. Furthermore, DNXcorp has already published its annual results for 2023 on April 25, 2024.

DNXcorp's next financial communication will concern its turnover and results for the first half of 2024, scheduled for September 25, 2024 after the market close.
