Postponement of the annual general meeting of Octopus Biosafety
On July 21, 2024, Octopus Biosafety announced the postponement of its annual general meeting. Initially scheduled for the end of June, this meeting was postponed at the request of the Council. This period is necessary to allow the Statutory Auditors to finalize their audits under optimal conditions.
The Lorient Commercial Court gave its approval on June 27, allowing the general meeting to be postponed until December 31, 2024. This decision follows the hearing on July 19, where it was decided to extend the observation period of the company.
The date of the meeting will be communicated later.
