Postponement of the annual general meeting of KRIEF GROUP

Paris, France – June 26, 2024 – The KRIEF GROUP company announced that it had submitted a request to the president of the Paris commercial court. The request aims to obtain an extension until October 31, 2024 to hold the ordinary general meeting. This meeting must approve the accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.

The company justifies this postponement by several difficulties. First of all, internal organizational problems due to departures of employees occupying key accounting positions. Then, the late finalization of the balance sheet for the 2023 financial year did not allow for adequate preparation. Finally, KRIEF GROUP encountered obstacles with its legal advice.

During this meeting, the accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2022 will also be submitted to the vote of shareholders.
