Postponement of the Annual General Meeting

PVA TePla AG has announced the postponement of its Annual General Meeting originally scheduled for June 26, 2024. At the turn of the year, the Supervisory Board had begun a process to replace its members with the assistance of external advisory consultants. The initial election proposal, which involved a two-year term for existing members, faced opposition from proxy advisors.

In light of this development, the Supervisory Board is preparing adjusted election proposals to be presented at the rescheduled meeting. PVA TePla AG will announce the new date for the Annual General Meeting and provide further details in due course.
