Porsche Unveils Unique 911 Speedster at Monterey Car Week

Porsche has revealed a one-of-a-kind 911 Speedster, created through its Sonderwunsch programme, at Monterey Car Week 2024. This custom vehicle, designed for car collector Luca Trazzi, took over three years to complete. It features components from the Carrera RS and unique design elements that reflect Trazzi’s vision.

The 911 Speedster has been a significant part of Porsche history since 1954. However, a fourth-generation Speedster from the Type 993 was missing until now. Trazzi, a long-time Porsche enthusiast, sought to fill this gap, resulting in a uniquely tailored vehicle.

The car was built on a 1994 911 Carrera Cabriolet and features Otto Yellow paint, named after Trazzi’s dog, along with black 18-inch alloy wheels. The interior showcases black leather with yellow stitching and carbon elements.

Under the hood, the Speedster boasts the 3.8-litre engine of the 911 Carrera RS, delivering 300 PS. This car stands as the most exclusive format of Porsche's Sonderwunsch programme, emphasizing bespoke design and high craftsmanship.
