Porsche AG Doubles Dividends Following 2024 Annual General Meeting
Porsche AG has announced a significant increase in dividends following its 2024 Annual General Meeting. For the 2023 financial year, the company will distribute dividends of 2.30 euros per ordinary share and 2.31 euros per preferred share.
The actions of the Executive and Supervisory Boards for the 2023 financial year received shareholder approval. All ten shareholder representatives on the Supervisory Board were re-elected. Dr. Wolfgang Porsche was re-elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The total dividend payout amounts to approximately 2.1 billion euros, representing nearly 41 percent of the Group profit after tax. The meeting was conducted virtually, and all resolution proposals from the management were accepted unanimously by the shareholders.
