On November 29, 2024, Ubisoft Entertainment announced that management company Point72 Asset Management LP has exceeded several participation thresholds within its shareholding structure. On November 4, Point72 reached 5.10% of the company's capital, indirectly owning 6,668,032 shares, equivalent to 4.66% of the voting rights. This increase is due to an increase in participation through "return swap" contracts.

On November 11, Point72 crossed the 5% voting rights threshold, totaling 7,414,780 shares, representing 5.67% of the capital and 5.18% of the voting rights. Finally, as of November 27, it held 9,069,717 shares, representing 6.94% of the capital and 6.34% of the voting rights. These acquisitions demonstrate Point72's growing interest in Ubisoft.
