PNE AG's Strong Q3 Results Indicate Promising End to FY 2025

PNE AG has reported a successful third quarter for 2025, highlighted by the completion of initial project sales and substantial progress in acquiring new permits for wind and solar projects amounting to a total output of 510 MW. The group remains confident about achieving its financial year 2025 targets.

For the first nine months of 2025, the company announced increased total output and revenues, with figures rising to EUR 263.7 million and EUR 142.2 million respectively. The EBITDA reached EUR 26.6 million, a significant increase from the previous year. Despite adverse wind conditions early in the year, the company managed to stabilize its performance as the year progressed.

PNE's project pipeline experienced a slight reduction but remains strong at 18.6 GW. Notable sales include wind farms in France and Germany, alongside projects in Panama. The company's internal projects contributed to 527 GWh of clean energy, reducing emissions by 400,000 tonnes of CO2e.
