PNE AG Concludes Activities in Panama with Management Buyout

PNE AG has officially exited the Panamanian market through a management buyout. The transition involves the sale of its Panamanian entity to its Managing Director, encompassing six wind energy and photovoltaic projects. This marks the final step in a strategic withdrawal that began in 2018.

Earlier in 2025, PNE AG sold one wind energy and two photovoltaic projects to a US company. CEO Heiko Wuttke noted the company's focus on profitable core markets after this exit. He expressed gratitude to the Panamanian Managing Director for his dedicated service and wished the team continuing success.
