PNE AG Announces Changes in Supervisory and Management Boards

PNE AG's supervisory board decided on a re-organization following the departure of Markus Lesser as both chairman and member of the management board on July 31, 2024. These changes were announced today.

Per Pedersen, current chairman of the supervisory board, will leave his position on August 1, 2024, and serve as interim chairman of the management board until March 31, 2025. Marc van’t Noordende will temporarily succeed Pedersen as chairman of the supervisory board.

Roland Stanze, already an employee of PNE AG, will join the management board as COO. The search for a permanent chairman of the management board is in advanced stages, ensuring continuity through Pedersen, CFO Wilbert, and Stanze until a new appointment is made.
