Pluxee to Acquire India's Leading Childcare Benefit Firm, ProEves

Paris: September 12, 2025 - Pluxee has announced the acquisition of ProEves, a prominent player in India's corporate childcare benefit sector. This move will boost Pluxee's multi-benefit offering and strengthen its position in the Indian market. The transaction, which will be fully funded from Pluxee's existing resources, is anticipated to positively impact revenues and EBITDA by fiscal 2026.

Serving over 3.5 million consumers in India, Pluxee is a leader in the employee benefits and engagement market. The acquisition helps organizations in India support gender equality and work-life balance by extending childcare benefits to employees, complying with regulatory requirements.
