PlusPlus Capital Financial Appoints New Security Agent for Bonds

PlusPlus Capital Financial S.à r.l. has announced a change in the Security Agent for its 11% Senior Secured 2022/2026 Bonds. Effective 30 May 2025, KÄHARI Advokaadibüroo OÜ will replace Tagatisagent OÜ. This change involves the transfer of all rights and obligations associated with the collateral safekeeping for these bonds to KÄHARI Advokaadibüroo OÜ.

KÄHARI Advokaadibüroo OÜ, an Estonian law firm, is led by Managing Partner Viljar Kähari, who brings over 26 years of experience in the financial sector. His previous roles include serving as a member of the Supervisory Board of AS PlusPlus Capital and partnering at Advokaadibüroo PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal OÜ. Despite the change, the Security Agent Agreement and related conditions remain unchanged.
