PLDT Selects Amdocs to Transform Network Operations

Amdocs' next-generation operational support systems (OSS) platform will modernize, unify, orchestrate, and automate PLDT's network operations on the public cloud, empowering PLDT to streamline their end-to-end business processes.

JERSEY CITY, NJ / ACCESSWIRE / August 7, 2024 / Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX), a leading provider of software and services to communications and media companies, has announced that PLDT Inc., a leading telecommunications and digital service provider in the Philippines, has selected Amdocs' OSS platform to enhance its network operations, aiming for growth, agility and improved customer experience.

Under the agreement, Amdocs will provide its Intelligent Networking Suite operating on the public cloud. This includes unified network inventory, service and network orchestration, and business process automation capabilities. Additionally, the deal incorporates Amdocs' customer service solution for case management, part of the Amdocs Customer Engagement Platform built in partnership with Microsoft.
