The agreement entails a monthly compensation of CAD $7,500 to ITG, with an initial term of one month, capable of renewal. Additionally, The Planting Hope Company Inc. proposes the conversion of outstanding convertible debentures interest amounting to $368,060.90 into 3,407,184 shares, at a price of $0.108 per share, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
