Planisware launches €10 million share buyback program
Planisware, a specialist in AI-powered B2B SaaS platforms, announced on September 1, 2025, the launch of a share buyback program worth up to €10 million. This program, authorized at the Combined General Meeting of June 19, 2025, aims to purchase shares on Euronext Paris before the end of 2025. The repurchased shares will be used for share-based compensation plans for employees and executives, to prevent dilution of existing shareholders. Rothschild Martin Maurel has been mandated to manage these buybacks. The liquidity agreement with this service provider, established in May 2024, will remain in effect during this operation.
