Placement of the company OCTOPUS BIOSAFETY into receivership
OCTOPUS BIOSAFETY announced on May 31, 2024 that the Lorient Commercial Court decided to place the company under the receivership regime from May 24, 2024. An observation period of six months was defined in this context.
This measure will allow OCTOPUS BIOSAFETY to finalize a financing agreement, essential to its development and the implementation of a strategy aimed at quickly achieving profitability.
The court appointed a receiver to help the company's management explore all possible solutions to get out of this situation.
