Ping An Insurance Proposes Final Dividend Distribution

Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd., a key player in the insurance sector, has announced a proposed final dividend distribution. The board of directors has put forward a proposal to distribute a cash dividend of RMB1.75 per share, covering the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. This proposal awaits approval at the upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for May 20, 2026.
