Pinetree Capital Ltd Announces New Directors Elected

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP) has announced the successful election of its directors during the recent annual general meeting held in Toronto on May 30, 2025. All propositions outlined in the management circular dated April 10, 2025, received the necessary approval from shareholders.

All nominees listed in the circular were elected. Damien Leonard, Howard Riback, and Craig Miller each secured 4,798,678 votes, translating to 99.95% support, with only minor opposition. Peter Tolnai also achieved strong results with 4,793,675 votes, equivalent to 99.85% approval.
