Bajaj Mobility AG Reports Strong Q1 2026 Growth

Bajaj Mobility AG, previously known as PIERER Mobility AG, reported significant growth in Q1 2026. Revenue climbed to EUR 331.3 million, marking a 70.2% increase from the same period last year. Motorcycle sales surged, with units sold more than doubling to 40,332. Revenue from motorcycles reached EUR 272.4 million, a 151.6% rise.

The company's restructuring initiatives were effective, leading to a positive EBITDA of EUR 5.5 million and an EBIT improvement of EUR 65.5 million. Global inventories were further reduced. A successful refinancing of KTM AG strengthened the financial foundation with a EUR 550 million loan.

Restructuring also involved a planned reduction of 500 staff, focusing on white-collar roles. Management sees these changes as laying the groundwork for sustainable growth.
