Bajaj Mobility AG Reports 2025 Preliminary Financial Results

Bajaj Mobility AG, formerly known as PIERER Mobility AG, announced its preliminary financial figures for 2025, reflecting a year of strategic restructuring. The company reported a revenue decline of 46% to EUR 1,009 million, but achieved a restructuring gain of EUR 1,193 million. EBITDA reached EUR 874 million, with EBIT at EUR 748 million. Equity increased to EUR 385 million, with an equity ratio rise to 24.3% and a significant reduction of net debt to EUR 798 million.

Despite initial operational challenges, Bajaj Mobility managed to stabilize as the year progressed. Motorcycle sales totaled 209,704 units, a 28% decrease from the previous year. The company divested non-core activities, including KTM Sportcar/X-BOW and MV Agusta stake, focusing on premium motorcycles. Inventory normalization helped reduce stock by 101,153 units.

For 2026, the company plans to enhance efficiency, streamline structures, and launch new models to bolster its position in the premium segment. The audited financial and sustainability reports are expected by March 26, 2026.
