FUTRUE Adjusts Cash Compensation for PharmaSGP Squeeze-Out
On October 28, 2025, FUTRUE GmbH announced an increase in cash compensation for the minority shareholders of PharmaSGP Holding SE under a squeeze-out proposal. Initially, the compensation was set at EUR 29.33 per share. However, due to recent market developments and business performance, it has been raised to EUR 30.64 per share. The adjustment follows an updated expert opinion by ValueTrust.
The management and supervisory boards of PharmaSGP Holding SE have amended their proposal for the extraordinary general meeting, scheduled for October 31, 2025, to reflect this change. Documents related to the revised proposal, as well as expert opinions supporting the compensation's adequacy, are available on PharmaSGP's website.
