PharmaSGP Holding SE Announces Increased Dividend for 2023

PharmaSGP Holding SE, based in Gräfelfing, revealed plans for an elevated annual dividend of EUR 1.36 per share for the fiscal year 2023. This increase was announced in an ad hoc statement adhering to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. The proposal is set to be presented at the company's Annual General Meeting. The proposed amount marks a significant increase from the previous year’s dividend of EUR 0.49 per share.

The total distribution amount summed up to approximately EUR 16,320,000, distributing about 99.5% of the consolidated net income of the company for 2023. This substantial dividend rate contrasts sharply with the previous fiscal year's payout, which amounted to 49.2% of the net income. This decision was made collectively by the Management Board and Supervisory Board of PharmaSGP.

Looking forward, PharmaSGP intends to revert to its standard dividend policy, aiming to distribute between 30% and 50% of its consolidated net income in dividends to its shareholders.
