Petrofac's Financial Restructuring and 2024 Results Timeline Update
Petrofac Limited has received court approval for the creditor class composition as part of its financial restructuring plan. Following a convening hearing, creditor meetings are set to be organized, and details will be shared. The sanction hearing is scheduled from 30 April to 2 May 2025, with the restructuring likely to take effect shortly after.
