Peter Mümmler Appointed as CFO at LPKF Laser & Electronics

LPKF Laser & Electronics SE has announced the appointment of Peter Mümmler as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective from April 1, 2025. Mümmler joins the Management Board with a contract term of three years, bringing over 30 years of industry experience, including two decades in high-level finance and strategic roles.

Peter Mümmler's responsibilities will include overseeing financial operations, optimizing costs, managing capital allocation, and ensuring compliance and supply chain efficiency. His appointment is aimed at guiding LPKF's financial strategy to support long-term growth and enhance shareholder value. Jean-Michel Richard, Supervisory Board Chairman, highlighted Mümmler’s track record in corporate finance, strategy, and M&A as key assets.
