Personnel Changes Announced at Daimler Truck Holding AG
The Supervisory Board of Daimler Truck Holding AG has appointed Karin Rådström as the new Chairwoman of the Board of Management, effective October 1, 2024. Rådström, who has been a Board member since December 1, 2021, will continue to oversee the regions of Europe and Latin America, as well as the Mercedes-Benz Truck brand, until a successor is named. Her term on the Board of Management will run until 2029.
Current Chairman Martin Daum will resign from his position on September 30, 2024, by mutual agreement. He will remain on the Board until December 31, 2024, with responsibility for Financial Services, Daimler Buses, and IT. This transition occurs shortly before the regular end of his term.
