Perk Labs Inc. Provides Update on Status of MCTO

Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 19, 2024 / Perk Labs Inc. (CSE:PERK)(OTC PINK:PKLBF)(FKT:PKLB) has issued an update regarding the management cease trade order (MCTO) granted by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) on April 3, 2024.

The company requested an extension for the MCTO due to unexpected delays in preparing its audited annual financial statements and related management's discussion and analysis for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2023. These filings were initially due on April 1, 2024, but the extension has been granted until July 4, 2024.

The MCTO restricts all trading in the company's capital by the CEO and CFO but does not impact the trading rights of other shareholders. The company and its auditors are working diligently to complete the annual filings as soon as possible.

The company confirmed no material changes to previously disclosed information, no failures in fulfilling provisions of NP 12-203, no other defaults under NP 12-203, and no undisclosed material information.
