Performance and growth prospects for Espace Real Estate in 2024

Espace Real Estate has announced positive financial results for 2024. Rental income increased by 1.2 million to reach 39.1 million francs. Net profit increased to 22.1 million, up 12.9%. The vacancy rate decreased to 2.6%, supported by portfolio optimization. The company proposes a dividend of 6.25 francs per share, tax-free in Switzerland.

The development of residential projects remains a priority, with new apartments in Biel and Grenchen. The strategy focused on sustainable housing is reinforced by the acquisition of land and the sale of non-strategic commercial properties. The value of the portfolio rose to CHF 838.7 million.

Espace focuses on digitalization and sustainability, while anticipating continued growth in 2025, supported by the constant demand for housing. The total return on shares reached 6.3% thanks to this clear strategy.
